We know that 490,000 students and young professionals come to Spain annually and that 93,9% of them are looking for shared accommodation. For this reason, EXCEM SOCIMI SIR plans to invest €280 million over the next years. As a result, we plan to have over 3,200 rooms in the best and fastest growing areas for young people, with modern design and state of the art equipment, thus creating a life experience through community events and activities. In addition, we are always focused on improving the returns of our partner’s investments.

In order to professionalize and become the sector leader, we listed on the MaB
(Madrid Stock Exchange Alternative Market) in July 2018.
